I've been trying for a few days to have the real snippet tool recognize authorship of my activerain blog. I  have not been successful yet.

Has anyone else been able to successfully do this yet?

When successful, your photo from your Google+ account would appear Besides your active reigning post on searches on the Internet

 

What are the ways of research on the Internet mentions that you should have your name link to your profile page such as I have done above here.

Any advice would be appreciated.
