Target while in the area

I would select an area of about 10 square blocks around my jobsites, then I would cross reference this area to the postal route maps. I would then send out a personal letter to all these homes inviting them to enjoy my 'in the neighborhood discount'. This method produces profitable results and costs very little because I only mailed a couple hundred pieces.
